Food truck will take your order and cancel it after 20 mins for no reason. Bad experience
I hate writing this because this place used to be one of my favorites. The food was always delicious and felt authentic, but the last two visits have been really disappointing. I care a lot about cleanliness, authenticity, and especially food temperature, I want my food hot and fresh. Both times I ordered tacos, the tortillas were undercooked and the meat was barely warm. On my most recent visit, I even asked them to make sure everything came out hot, but it still didn’t. I had to send it back. When they remade my order, I noticed what seems to be the issue. The meats appear to be pre-cooked and just kept warm, without being put back on the grill to crisp up before serving. That step makes all the difference, and right now it’s missing. It’s honestly disappointing because this place used to be so good, and we thought we had found our go-to taqueria. I hope they can get back to the quality they used to have.
Best tacos I’ve had in BCS. Now I know that I don’t have to drive all the way to Houston for quality street tacos. Wish I found this place earlier
